Clinical Programs
The Department features an unusually broad range of clinical programs across 11 specialties.
  • All surgeons hold faculty appointments at the University of Chicago
  • The clinical teams include highly trained nurses, physicians assistants, technicians, clinic coordinators, and pharmacists, as well as collaborations with aneasthesiologists, radiologists, pathologists, oncologists and other medical specialists
We provide clinical services at the main hospital in Hyde Park and in several off-site facilities, including Weiss Memorial Hospital and Mercy Hospital in the city of Chicago and at Matteson Surgical Center and Palos Heights in south and southwestern suburbs and Merrillville, Indiana.
