The Section of Neurosurgery offers fellowship programs in neurological subspecialties. Currently, a single position a one-year fellowship for pediatric neurosurgery is offered through the San Francisco Matching program.  Fellowship training skull base / vascular neurosurgery and spinal neurosurgery is also available through direct application to the section.
