All of us in the University of Chicago Department of Surgery are here to support you throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. While many aspects of our lives have changed in the past few months, your health care does not have to be one of them: our physicians are still available to meet with you virtually and discuss your plan of care.
We are excited to offer innovative telehealth visits where you can meet with your physician virtually, either on the phone or through video conferencing software. We offer the tools for you to connect with our surgeons from the safety of your home and still receive the high standard of care for which our department is known. Our surgeons can help you plan for any upcoming operations, answer your questions, and prepare you for future in-person visits to our medical center.
