Volunteer Opportunities

This list encompasses many of the volunteer opportunities and organizations to which Department of Surgery employees regularly devote their time and effort. You will find a description and a website link for each organization below, should you be interested in getting involved as well.

Please email DEI@bsd.uchicago.edu for further information, to partner with a DoS employee or to let us know of a connection you may already have to a community organization. We welcome additional organizations or events which may benefit from the DoS volunteer services. Request this organization to be added to the list through emailing us directly.

While we can make a significant difference by volunteering our time, we also welcome you to learn about the various ways to contribute through networking, donating or champion a fundraiser.
