We are proud to highlight Dr. Jeffrey Matthews' participation as a session leader at the SAAS 2024 Conference. The Society of Asian Academic Surgeons (SAAS) was founded to address the lack of Asian representation in leadership within academic surgery, with a mission to promote the personal and career development of Asian academic surgeons. At the conference, Dr. Matthews led a Junior Breakout Session on "Job Search for Trainees," where he shared invaluable insights to help trainees and junior faculty navigate the job search process.
